Yes. Our team includes English-speaking physiotherapists. When you send us a WhatsApp message in English, we match you with one for the visit.
€30 for a single 45-minute session (15 min assessment + 30 min treatment). Travel is included in the price. Packs available: 3 sessions for €85, 5 sessions for €135.
Barcelona city (all districts), Sabadell, Sant Cugat, Terrassa, Rubí, Cerdanyola, Sant Quirze and L'Hospitalet. Cornellà, Esplugues, Sant Just Desvern and Sant Joan Despí too. If your street isn't listed, message us — most of the metropolitan area is covered.
Typically 20-40 minutes depending on your area within Barcelona. Vallès area (Sabadell, Sant Cugat, Terrassa): 15-25 minutes. Minimum 3-hour notice needed to guarantee availability.
Foldable treatment table, disposable sheets, massage oil, dry needling needles (sterile, single-use), and exercise material if needed. You just need a 2×1 metre space to set up.
You pay upfront and we issue an invoice you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Coverage depends on your policy — some private policies (Cigna, Bupa, Adeslas, Sanitas, Allianz Global) reimburse home physiotherapy, others don't. Check your policy first.
Card payment online via Stripe when you book (secure certified system). No cash or bank transfer at the point of care.
Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full. Within 24 hours we ask for 50% to cover the reserved slot. Rescheduling is free at any time.
